The Leonidion Climbing Festival is an ambitious effort to promote alternative tourism, showcase the natural beauty of the Leonidion Climbing Park and the entire area surrounding it, and introduce the region’s potential abroad.
The festival is organized every November by the Municipality of South Kynouria under the auspices of the Prefecture of Peloponnese, Peloponnisos S.A. and Mythical Peloponnese.
At Leonidion Climbing Park there are currently over a thousand equipped routes for all types of climbing styles and with varying degrees of difficulty
