Beautiful Peleta hosts a Wine Festival every year. The locals produce excellent wine for over a century. The Society of Saint Apostles in collaboration with the Municipality of South Kynouria organize a big celebration in the village square.
Local producers are involved in organizing the celebration, as the local wine is renowned for its unique taste, due to the particular climate of the village (at an altitude of 661 meters) and the distinct grape variety that is cultivated by the local producers with great care.
